What if I am unable to redeem my vehicle within 20 days due to illness, incarceration or other issues?
Answer:
Your vehicle may be sold at public auction and you will lose all rights to
it. You may also be subject to fines and penalties. You may contact the
custodian to see if you can designate someone in writing to act on your behalf
to redeem the vehicle. You may also wish to consult your attorney.
