Does the Secretary of State charge a fee if I use a credit card?
Answer:
There is a nominal 2-percent processing fee for using Discover or MasterCard at
the counter of a Secretary of State branch office.
Visa, MasterCard or Discover
are accepted at Self-Service Stations and for transactions completed by mail. A
nominal processing fee may be charged.
