Customers and staff will benefit from improvements that include a larger lobby, public restrooms, drinking fountains, power assist entry doors, new counters, new paint and carpeting and 24-hour access to a Self-Service Station, which provides a convenient option for customers renewing their license plate tabs.

Office hours remain unchanged: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

"The features of this new office are part of our commitment to continuously improving and providing convenient customer service while being efficient with taxpayer dollars," Johnson said.
