What if I do not need to renew, upgrade or transfer my CDL between Jan. 30, 2012 and Jan. 30, 2014?

You are responsible for following the three steps above and providing the Secretary of State's Office with your self-certification by Jan. 30, 2014. If required, you must also provide your current medical examiner's certificate and any variance document by Jan. 30, 2014.

If you did not find the information you need, enter a descriptive word or phrase in the Search field located in the upper right corner or send us an e-mail and we will help you get the information you need.
