Dewatering Well Contractor

Required State License(s):

All persons engaged in the construction and/or repair of a dewatering well (an opening in the surface of the earth that is designed to remove water with the intent of lowering the ground water level temporarily during a construction period) must be registered by the Department of Environmental Quality; Water Bureau 517-241-1370.

Associated Permits and Regulatory Requirements:
