When involved in the business of selling and delivering diesel motor fuel to the supply tanks of motor vehicles in Michigan should be registered with the Department of Treasury, Motor Fuel, Cigarette & Miscellaneous Taxes Division; (517) 636-4630.

Diesel tanks also should be registered with the Department of State Police, Fire Marshall; (517) 322-1924.
