When diagnosing, treating, preventing, curing, or relieving human diseases, ailments, defects, or other conditions, whether physical or mental, by attending or advising, or by using a device, diagnostic test, or other means must be licensed with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Health Care Services, Board of Medicine or Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery; 517-335-0918.

All Medical Doctor or Osteopathic Physician Interns and Residents earning the required post graduate experience must also be licensed with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Health Care Services, Board of Medicine or Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery; 517-335-0918.
