Required State License(s):

Any person engaged in the business of receiving, buying, exchanging, selling, or storing dry edible beans, small grains, cereal grains, corn, grass seeds, or legume seeds in their natural state should be licensed with the Department of Agriculture; (517) 373-9763.

Further Information:

This license requirement also applies to truckers of grain who operate on other than a common carrier basis.
