Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery

Required State License(s):

Anyone who practices osteopathic medicine and/or surgery should be licensed with the Department of Community Health, Bureau of Health Professions at (517) 335-0918. www.michigan.gov/healthlicense All Osteopathic Interns and Residents should also be licensed with the Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
