Required State License(s): None. Other Possible License(s): Some cities and townships do regulate this type of business. Contact the local city/township clerk's office for any ordinance or permit that may be required. Minors must have parental permission to use tanning salon facilities. Governor Engler signed and filed SB 840, PA 228 on Monday, June 3, 1996.
