When food products are prepared on the premises, a Food Service license is required with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; (517) 373-1060.

A sales tax license may be required when products are sold to the public. You may call the Michigan Department of Treasury at (517) 636-4660.

Pools/Wading Pools -- Public swimming pools, spa pools, whirlpools, wading pools, water slides, etc. a license is required with the Department of Environmental Quality; (517) 335-9214. Permits are required to construct and to operate.
