A Bail Bondsperson(s)must be sponsored by an insurance company.
The insurance company sponsoring the bail bondsperson(s) will provide the application(s) and information required to complete an 80-hour course; at the end of the term an exam is a requirement in completing the course.
A license is required to be a Bail Bondsperson(s); but ONLY your sponsor can contact the Insurance Bureau to register his client.
