Child & Adult Camp License The Department of Human Services (DHS) Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing (BCAL) issues Child Care Center, Group and Family Home Licenses, Adult Foster Care Family Home, and Group Home Licenses, Child Placing Agency, Child Caring Institution and Children Camps & Adult Camp Licenses to Individuals, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and certain government entities for the provision of supervised care or placement.
