D. SUMMARY OF PERMIT/APPROVAL PROCESS:
1. Applicability (activities that require the permit) Any motor bus carrier that elects not to operate a previously registered motor bus.
2. Pre-Application Requirements
None.
3. Application Submission Requirements The applicant must completely fill out the Bus Roster Update Request Form 3088 http://mdotwas1.mdot.state.mi.us/public/webforms/public/3088.pdf.
Following completion of this step the bus(es) will be marked as non-operating until proof of title transfer occurs at which time it will be marked sold and then scheduled for deletion.

Processing of a completed request usually takes from 1 to 2 weeks.
