    Fire Fighter Training Instructor

    Required State License(s):

    Persons employed as a fire fighting training instructor should be certified with the Office of Fire Fighter Training of the Michigan Department Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Construction Codes & Fire Safety, State Fire Marshal. There are five levels of certification: Associate Instructor, Provisional Instructor, Fire Fighting Training Instructor, Fire Instructor Advisor, and Fire Training Administrator.
