    Franchise

    Required State License(s):

    To sell franchises in Michigan, you should mail a letter to the Michigan Attorney General indicating your interest in selling franchises in Michigan. Include the name of the franchiser, Doing Business As (DBAs) that are used, the principal business address, and type of business.
