When transporting waste from the premises of another contact the Department of Environmental Quality for further information at (800) 662-9278.

A Motor Carrier license is required with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Public Service Commission; (517) 241-6030.

However, when transporting for another company/business who have appropriate license/permit; an employee of that company/business may transport waste without obtaining a license.
