Harness Driver

Required State License(s):

Horse-drivers (harness race drivers) participating in pari-mutuel tracks should be licensed with the Office Of the Racing Commission with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; (734) 462-2400. Licenses should be renewed annually.
