Required State License(s):

If there is a pool/sauna/spa/whirlpool hot tub installed, the unit plan should be approved with the Department of Environmental Quality [DEQ], Environmental Health; (517) 335-9214.

The unit should also be approved upon completion but prior to opening by DEQ.
