Long Distance Telephone Sales

Required State License(s):  

1) Buy service from local telephone companies.  

2) Law requires free access to emergency services, e.g.., 911 or local operator -- (MTA Section 403).  

3) The American Disability Act (ADA) and Michigan laws require that phones be physically placed and accessible for use by a person with special needs.
