Non-gaming Vendor Exemption (Renewal)The Michigan Gaming
Control Board requires each vendor to renew its vendor exemption at the end of
a 1-year period. To continue providing
non-gaming goods and services to a Note: Vendors have

AUTHORITY: Resolution 2009-01
requires a person or entity to hold a vendor exemption to provide non-gaming
related good and services to a casino license. Rule 432.1322(1)
prohibits a person from supplying goods or services to a casino licensee on a
regular and continuing basis unless that person holds a supplier license. Rule 432.1322(3)
provides that a person shall be deemed to be providing goods or services to a
casino licensee on a "regular and continuing basis" whenever the total dollar
amount of the nongaming related business transactions with 1 licensee will be
equal to or greater than $300,000 or equal to or greater than $600,000 with 2
or more licensees, in a twelve-month period. C. APPLICABLE

My WorkSpace, complete the
online application form and submit to your shopping cart. After you pay for
your shopping cart, the application is electronically sent to the Michigan Gaming
Control Board for processing. You will receive an electronic notification in
your My Status notifications when the application is processed. 4. Procedures and Time-Frame for Obtaining Permit or Approval· Application is sent to the Michigan Gaming Control Board for processing. · Staff will review application. Staff will complete background and financial review of each individual and business listed on the application. · Staff may notify applicant if additional information is required. · Applicant must submit documentation by the deadline indicated. · Final review of financial and background results, decision to approve or deny rendered. · Applicant will receive notification of the exemption. · It takes approximately 14 business days to process the renewal application. You will receive a notification that the vendor exemption has been renewed for a 1-year period. 5. Operational RequirementsAnnual renewal notices will be sent by our office no later than 60 days prior to the renewal date of the vendor exemption. Your exemption will expire on the 1st day after the renewal date of each year unless a Vendor Renewal Application is submitted to our office no later than the renewal date. If the Vendor was recently purchased and/or the FEIN has changed, contact the Michigan Gaming Control Board at (313) 456-1501, prior to completing this application. 6.
