    Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery

    Required State License(s):

    Anyone who practices osteopathic medicine and/or surgery must be licensed with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Health Care Services, Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery; 517-335-0918. 

    All Osteopathic Interns and Residents earning postgraduate training experience must also be licensed with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Health Care Services, Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery; 517-335-0918.
