Pinball machines, video games are NOT required to be licensed with the State of Michigan. However, most cities may license these establishments; contact your local city or county clerk's office.

Further Information:

Games of Chance which includes vending machines with cranes and claws, ARE LICENSED AND REGULATED with the Michigan Bureau of State Lottery at (517) 335-5780.
