Referral Agency

Required State License(s):

A license is required depending on how the agency advertises its services, what the business is called, who pays the fee, etc.

Real estate brokers, associate brokers, salespersons, rental and property managers, are required to be licensed with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Board of Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons at (517) 241-9288.

Employment referrals may need to obtain an agency license with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Personnel Agency Licensing; (517) 241-9288.
