Substance Abuse Program LicenseAgency: Licensing and Regulatory AffairsThe Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Health Care Servicesissues licenses to all prevention, case-finding, and treatment programs statewide. A "substance use disorders service program" may offer services in various settings and of various types. The types of service may include detoxification, therapy (including methadone therapy), assessment, and prevention. The term does not include halfway or transitional houses that do not offer therapeutic services. New!
