Description:

Class W (Wholesaler) - A licensed wholesaler dealer buys and sells used vehicles to and from licensed vehicle dealers. Wholesale dealers are prohibited from conducting business with any other parties except licensed dealers. All dealers are licensed by the Michigan Department of State.
