The Annual Report describes storm water pollution control activities implemented by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) over the past reporting period of January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 to comply with reporting requirements described in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Permit.
