Stronger, Longer: A Fitness Guide for Older Adults

Created by the Michigan Governor's Council on Physical Fitness, the Stronger, Longer booklet can get seniors started on the three elements needed to live a stronger, longer life - aerobic movement, flexibility and strength building exercises.

From getting started information to specific exercises to handy weekly planning charts, this booklet provides a safe, balanced program of physical activity for seniors. The program is simple. Today, take the step in the right direction toward your own improved quality of life … and stay with it!
