Navy Bean and Tuna Salad

Servings: 6
Serving size: 1/2 cup
  • 1 (16-ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (6-1/2/ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1. Flake tuna with fork.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss, blending well.
