November 14th Training
November 14, 2007 was the official launch of the Generation With Promise project, a three-year program that brings students, schools and community mentors together to create meaningful, healthy change in school policy, school environment and youth behaviors regarding making good choices for their health.

Youthville Detroit hosted a training session for district leadership, staff and student representatives from the 10 Level One schools that will be part of the first year of this three-year project. Each of these schools received a $25,000 grant that will help them implement opportunities for students to be more physically active, eat better and not smoke.
