Single Business Tax (SBT)
For security purposes and to ensure your privacy the following information is required:

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Treasury Registered (TR)
  • Tax Period Ending (month and year)
  • Gross Receipts
  • Organization Type
