Single Business Tax

-	Michigan Business Tax The Michigan Business Tax replaces the Single Business Tax effective January 1, 2008
-	MBT Estimated and Annual Return Due Dates
-	Single Business Tax Repealed Act 325 of 2006 repealed the SBT on business activity after December 31, 2007.

-	Important Reminder: Please use your Customer Service Number (CSN) when e-filing your SBT Direct or Fed/State Stand Alone returns. The CSN is not used with MBT returns. To obtain your CSN select "Check My Business Tax Info" below.

Filing Deadlines

If the day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the next business day shall be considered the final filing date.

Filer	Due Date
All Final SBT Annual Returns	April 30th, 2008 unless an extension has been granted.
SBT Estimated Payments	Last day of month
