Tobacco product manufacturers appearing at the links below are either (i) participants in the Master Settlement Agreement ("PM"), or (ii) nonparticipating manufacturers ("NPM") that have met the requirements of 1999 PA 244 and sections 6c and 6d of 1993 PA 327. The PMs and NPMs brands of cigarettes (including roll-your-own tobacco) are identified, and provided they comply with all other applicable state and federal laws, may be sold for consumption in Michigan.
