WHAT'S NEW FOR TAX YEAR 2011
Software developers who anticipate reproducing Treasury forms, tax preparation
software, and/or computer-generated forms must complete Form 4430
MichiganSoftware Developer Application and Letter of Intent to Participate in
Michigan's Federal/State e-file Programs and Substitute Forms. Like last year,
for Tax Year 2011, software developers need only submit one Letter of Intent
for both substitute forms and e-file. Form 4430 has been combined with the
MI-8633 and will require a physical signature each year.
Tax Year 2010 usernames and passwords will no longer be active after September
1, 2011. Tax Year 2011 access will be granted after receipt of TY2011 Form
4430 (certain
restrictions apply).
For more information on substitute forms and e-file approvals, see Policy ET-03066.
For e-file questions, e-mail
