Subject: 2007 Michigan Venture Capital Deduction (Form 4534)

No companies were certified for the Michigan Venture Capital Deduction in tax year 2007. Therefore, no taxpayers will qualify for this deduction and Form 4534 cannot be filed for tax year 2007. The deduction amount from Form 4534, line 15, was to be carried to Schedule 1, line 19. Therefore, there are no allowable entries on Schedule 1, line 19, for tax year 2007.
