Subject: MI-2210 Updated

The 2007 MI-2210 form has been revised. The Annualized Income Worksheet on page 2 now contains additional greyed fields within line 7 and column D. These lines will no longer be used when computing penalty and interest and are shown as reserved. Software developers will not be required to make changes to their software package as a result of this revision. Software that continues to send data for these reserved fields will still be accepted. The penalty and interest computation using the revised worksheet will not result in an increase or decrease in penalty or interest from the previously posted MI-2210.
