FAQ
  Opt-In County Foreclosure Info
I am concerned about the timing of the tax sales. How can we be assured that they will be completed in a timely manner?

Answer:
The timing of the tax sales is governed by Section 78m of the new law, which includes specific dates and timeframes for the tax sales. While there may be some transitional issues as the state moves to the new tax reversion system, the state is cognizant of its responsibilities under the law.
