FAQ
  Opt-In County Foreclosure Info
How should the judgment of foreclosure, which will be a thick document containing a large number of parcels, be recorded for each individual parcel contained therein?

Answer:
Again, this is not an easy question. A considerable amount of staff work at the county level will be necessary regardless of the method provided; therefore, the state is leaving the matter to the county's discretion. A county register of deeds may choose any one of the following methods to either (a) file a copy of the entire judgment of foreclosure document in each parcel contained therein, or (b) create a notice of foreclosure form at the county level and enter relevant information on each form. The state is providing an abbreviated form for notice of judgment of foreclosure that counties may use for purposes of recording the judgment. This form is included in Appendix B.
