Scheduling Order

The scheduling order is used for setting dates for the processing of a non-property tax matter appeal for hearing. It is similar to the scheduling orders currently utilized in the processing of cases pending before the State's circuit courts. It is designed to replace the Tribunal's current non-property tax matter prehearing practice and provide parties with more control over the processing of their appeals.
