Summary of Prehearing Conference and Scheduling Order

The Summary of Prehearing Conference and Scheduling Order is an order issued after the completion of a prehearing conference. The order controls the processing of the appeal for hearing. The order summarizes the prehearing statements and prehearing conference discussions and sets dates for the completion of discovery, the filing and exchange of exhibit and witness lists, the filing and exchange of the required stipulation of facts, the filing of dispositive motions, and the commencement of the hearing.
