Adjourned

A party may request that a scheduled hearing be adjourned (i.e., postponed) and rescheduled. If the request is timely and the requesting party has shown good cause to justify the granting of the request, the Tribunal will enter an order adjourning the hearing. The parties must, however, appear at the hearing, if the Order has not been received by the parties prior to the date of the hearing and the Tribunal has not telephonically contacted the parties to indicate that the request has been granted.
