R 205.1290 Witness fees

Rule 290

A witness who is summoned to a hearing or other proceeding, or whose deposition is taken, shall receive the same fees and mileage as witnesses in the circuit courts of the state. A witness shall not be required to testify until the fees and mileage provided for have been tendered to him or her by the party at whose instance he or she has been subpoenaed.
