R 205.1345 Decision to be written; effective date; mailing copy of decision and order to parties
Rule 345 (1) A decision of the small claims division shall be in writing. (2) A decision shall become effective when officially entered by the clerk, at which time the clerk shall mail a copy of the decision and order to all parties to the proceeding. History: 1996 MR 4, Eff. May 2, 1996.
