Patricia L. Halm
Chairman and Attorney Member


Judge Halm was appointed to the Tax Tribunal in 2003. Previously, she served as an economist at the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics; as a policy advisor and assistant legal counsel for the Michigan Senate; as an assistant city attorney and as the city attorney for the City of Midland; and as a tax counsel for the Michigan Department of Treasury, Bureau of Tax Policy. Judge Halm received her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
