Judge Munsell was appointed to the Tax Tribunal in 2007. Previously, she served as immediate past Chair of the Civil Service Commission and is a former five-term state representative from Livingston County. Prior to entering the legislature, Judge Munsell worked with Arthur Andersen and Company and in private practice. Judge Munsell received her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and her MBA from the University of Michigan.
