- Debit Authorization payment to U.S. Bank:
If you have an existing checking and or savings account with U.S. Bank OR National City Bank and are an authorized municipal officer, you may direct U.S. Bank to debit your account for payment. For the required authorization form, please click here:  U.S. Bank Authorization.   

- Payment by Wire Transfer:
If you wire your payment it should be done on or before your due date by 10:30 a.m. Please call David Johnson at U.S. Bank, 651-495-3814 on the day that you wire your payment or it may be returned.  The wire instructions are as follows:
