The Michigan
Tobacco Settlement Finance Authority ("Authority") was created
by
Act 226 of 2005
and amended by
Act 18 of 2007 to issue bonds secured by a pledge of a
percentage of tobacco settlement proceeds which will be used
to finance projects under the 21st Century Jobs
Fund and make deposits to the state school aid fund and the
general fund. |
