Governor Snyder, in 2011, signed into law the Economic Vitality and Incentive Program (EVIP), which changed the way that Revenue Sharing was distributed to local units throughout the state. One of the items necessary to receive EVIP funds required local units of government to make available to the public a performance dashboard or a financial summary of its local finances, including a recognition of its unfunded liabilities. Below is a list of cities, townships, and villages who complied with the program requirements and a link to their performance dashboard. This page is continually updated with new information, as it becomes available. If a specific local unit is not linked, please check with that unit for a copy of their financial statements.
