MARVIN is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You will be assigned an appointment day and hour to phone-in. Your appointment day will either be on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. You will be given an appointment hour ranging between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. You may not phone-in at any other time on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. If you miss your appointment you may phone-in on Thursday or Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. It is in your best interest to call at your appointed time so your payment can be received timely. The longer you wait, the longer it will take to receive your payment.

MARVIN is now available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (except for those Satrudays listed below). The regular MARVIN call-in schedule above remains in effect, except that those who normally call between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday-Wednesday, will have an extra hour to call in (7 a.m. to 9 a.m.).
