Schedule of Appointments

Your appointment day and time is found by using the last two digits of your Social Security Number. For example: If your Social Security Number is: 555-55-5511 The last two digits are 11.

Look at the schedule below and locate the number 11. Number 11 faIls on Monday between numbers 10 and 12.
Under the column labeled "TIME," the appointment for number 11 is between the hours of 11:00a.m. - 12:00 noon. This is the appointed hour in which you must phone-in your claim, or you may ask questions about payment of your claim.

If you are unable to call during your appointed time, you may call on Thursday or Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will not receive your payment on time.

Important Notice: MARVIN's hours of operation have been temporarily extended.

MARVIN is now available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (except for the Satrudays listed below). The regular MARVIN call-in schedule above remains in effect, except that those who normally call between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday-Wednesday, will have an extra hour to call in (7 a.m. to 9 a.m.).

MARVIN is not available the following Saturdays in 2012:
